Credit card transactions with Transfer My Timeshare are protected by secure encryption.

Some resorts, states, and exchange companies (RCI) will request a Social Security Number in order to process the transfer. In this event, we will notify you personally. This personal data only goes to the resort or state which requires it. This information is not stored.

In certain circumstances, Transfer My Timeshare may be required by law to disclose certain personal information to a third party.
