In the event that two or more Grantees/buyers will assume the title of the property, how should the title be recorded in the deed?
tenants by the entirety	The property is held between husband and wife. If one party should die, ownership of the whole reverts to the surviving party.
joint tenancy, full rights of survivorship	Joint tenancy is a form of ownership by two or more parties. In the event of the death of one of these parties, ownership reverts to the survivor(s).
tenants in common	Ownership is shared among several parties, each having an undivided interest in the property, i.e. 1/2, 1/4, 1/5, etcetera. Upon the death of one of the parties, that interest is not divided among the surviving parties, but rather is disposed of in accordance with the decedent's will.
